Role Overview: - Your main responsibility will be achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. - Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments based on organization norms. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products accordingly. - Execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand. - Build strong client relationships both internally and externally. - Develop a strong brand identification with potential customers and vendors. - Ensure vendor empanelment and build relationships with new vendors. - Develop strong distribution channels. - Ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations.
