As a Graduate in any discipline, your main responsibility will be achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. You will need to identify target areas for prospective business, pre-screen customer segments based on organization norms, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products accordingly. In this role, you will also be required to ensure the number of logins along with disbursement, execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand, and build strong client relationships both internally and externally. It will be crucial to develop a strong brand identification with potential customers and vendors, ensuring vendor empanelment, and building relationships with new vendors. Additionally, you will need to develop strong distribution channels, all while ensuring compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations.
