Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional client support, handle inquiries, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and prior experience in the travel, tourism, or documentation services industry. Knowledge of international travel packages, ticketing, visa services, attestation and translation services will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to support lead generation for travel, attestation, and translation services.
  • Call and identify potential clients interested in holiday packages, ticketing, hotel bookings, visa assistance, and documentation services.
  • Generate and qualify new business leads through phone, email, and networking.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored travel and documentation solutions.
  • Promote the company’s services, including domestic/international travel packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, travel insurance, attestation and translation support.
  • Meet periodic targets for qualified leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals.
  • Stay updated with travel trends, seasonal promotions, attestation procedures, and competitive offerings.
  • Work closely with management to align sales and service strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, telesales, travel consultancy, or documentation services (preferred in the tours & travel industry).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems, call etiquette, and customer handling standards.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
