Customer Service Representative

We are hiring Work-From-Home Telecallers for a healthcare company to handle inbound & outbound customer enquiries for health checkup packages.

Your role is to speak with customers, explain the tests/packages, share details on WhatsApp, and assist with bookings.

This is a long-term, stable, work-from-home role.

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding health checkup packages
• Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads (no cold calling)
• Explain test details clearly in Tamil / English / Hindi
• Share package details, pricing, and reports through WhatsApp & email
• Book appointments and coordinate with partner labs
• Maintain call records in Google Sheets
• Follow calling scripts and provide excellent customer service
• Work in rotational shifts between 7.00 AM to 11.00 PM

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Hindi is a big advantage
• Female candidates preferred (customer-facing role)
• Must have own laptop/desktop
• Must have Wi-Fi connection (minimum 30 Mbps)
• Quiet environment for calling
• Ability to handle 30–50 calls per day
• Prior experience in telecalling / customer support / BPO is preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and handle customer queries professionally

Work Schedule

• Work From Home
• 9-hour shift including breaks
• Rotational shifts between 7 AM – 11 PM
• Weekly off (weekday)

Salary & Benefits

• ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month + performance incentives
