We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to manage sales through WhatsApp and phone calls. This role isideal for someone who enjoys direct interaction with customers and has a good understanding of ethnic wear trends.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls to understand customer needs.
● Share product images and details over WhatsApp based on customer preferences, budget, and fabric choices.
● Clearly explain fabric types, pricing, and trending designs.
● Follow up with interested customers to ensure timely sales closures.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
● Maintain an updated customer database for regular follow-ups
● Coordinate with the inventory team to confirm product availability.
● Provide after-sales support and resolve order-related queries.Requirements:
● Prior experience in sales (especially WhatsApp or phone-based selling)
● Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Hinglish preferred)
● Comfortable handling multiple WhatsApp chats and calls
● Strong customer service and negotiation skills
● Basic knowledge of women’s ethnic wear or fabrics is an added advantage
● Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets/Excel.
