Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Senior Customer Support Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients over calls, encouraging store visits to Pranav Creations , and regularly sharing our latest product collections on WhatsApp . You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving footfall to our store. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to existing and new customers to invite them for store visits. Send daily WhatsApp messages featuring new arrivals, latest collections, and offers to your assigned customer list. Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to build trust and ensure visit conversion. Maintain accurate records of customer communication and visit status. Coordinate with the sales and stock team to get updated product images and ensure timely sharing. Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments. Provide feedback from customers to the team for continuous improvement. Meet weekly targets for customer calls, responses, and visits. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or telesales/support role. Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English (Hinglish preferred). Proficient in WhatsApp Business , basic Excel/Google Sheets , and CRM tools. Customer-focused with a persuasive and friendly attitude. Ability to manage multiple customers and maintain records with attention to detail.
