Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The individual will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with patients and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
