Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at our company, your role will involve maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. You will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries and communicating with them through various channels. Your duties will also include acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, knowing our products thoroughly to answer questions, processing orders, forms, applications, and requests, and keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Additionally, you will need to communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary, provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, and manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
