As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional support and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities. Bilingual skills and call center experience are valued, offering an opportunity to enhance customer support skills and contribute to a positive client experience. - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Provide accurate information on products/services, addressing client questions and concerns - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately through data entry systems - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Handle cash transactions with integrity and accuracy when required - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues - Assist in outbound calling campaigns for product promotion or customer feedback - Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and resolve complex issues - Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documenting interactions and generating reports Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette - Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in English and other languages - Preferably experienced in customer support or call center environments - Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills - Efficient multitasking in a fast-paced environment - Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing suitable solutions - Sales or client services experience is advantageous - Problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment This role is full-time, with a requirement for night shift availability.
