Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Support Executive at our company located in Sector 17, Gurgaon, Haryana, your role will involve providing exceptional support to our customers and vendors through phone, email, and chat. You will play a crucial part in resolving queries effectively and ensuring a smooth and professional support experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing timely and professional customer/vendor support via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer queries and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution - Understanding and navigating transportation logistics and operational processes - Updating and maintaining MIS reports regularly - Performing accurate and timely data entry of operational information - Managing docket slip entry to ensure all shipments are logged and tracked correctly To excel in this role, you should have: - 1-2 years of experience in customer service - A bachelor's degree (preferred) - Proficiency in English (required) and Hindi (preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic familiarity with transportation logistics - Ability to manage multiple communication channels such as calls, emails, and chat This is a full-time position with a day, night, or rotational shift schedule.
