Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Phone Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting clients with scheduling appointments for our services. You will be fully trained on how to use our internal software systems. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound phone calls professionally and promptly Assist callers in setting up appointments Enter appointment details accurately in the scheduling system Provide clear and helpful communication to clients Follow standard procedures and call scripts as needed Requirements: Excellent spoken English communication skills Must be a graduate Experience in medical billing or scheduling is a plus Prior customer service experience is required Availability to work 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday Comfortable using basic computer tools (training will be provided) Immediate joiners only (within 1 day) Police verification is mandatory before joining Strictly work from office — no remote option Please do NOT apply if you cannot meet all the above requirements.
