Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as engaging with customers, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service to meet customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in using customer service software and tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are desirable
