Job description Roles & Responsibilities: * Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat * Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features * Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful Discussions with customers: * Monitor customer complaints on CRM and reach out to provide assistance * Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file Documents: * Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies * Take the extra mile to engage customers and act as customers advocate * To share VOC of the customers and assist to improve processes and policies Requirements: * Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role 0 – 4 years * Familiarity with our industry is a plus * Experience using help desk software and remote support tools * Understanding of how CRM systems work * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Multi-tasking abilities * English and Hindi should be fluent Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) Kannada (Required) Location: Anjanapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9243199988
