You will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
