Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and provide excellent support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concerns, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents appropriately.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or services.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
