Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Jaipur. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to emails and phone calls, addressing customer needs, and maintaining records of customer interactions to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in working in a B2B marketplace is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Field Visits, Direct F2F meetings with customers(MSMEs)
