Customer Service Representative

As an After-Sales and Installation Support Executive at H&M Virtual Services Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional voice-based support to customers during and after the solar system installation process. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, coordinating installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective phone-based communication. In this dynamic role, your duties will encompass various aspects of customer support, installation coordination, and post-installation assistance. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries related to solar system installations, offering troubleshooting guidance, coordinating installation schedules with customers and technicians, and providing post-installation support on system operation and maintenance. To excel in this position, you must possess fluent English communication skills, along with a background in Technical Support or Customer Care. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Care, or International Sales is mandatory for this role. Additionally, strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in computer systems and CRM software, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential qualifications. Having a basic understanding of solar systems and installation processes, call center experience, and a degree in Engineering or Business Administration will be advantageous.
