Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer experiences. Daily tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, resolving customer issues, and maintaining customer records, ensuring a high level of service and support for every customer.
