Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at our company, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. This includes responding promptly to customer inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. It is essential for you to have in-depth knowledge about our products so that you can effectively answer any questions that customers may have. Additionally, you will be processing orders, forms, applications, and requests, as well as keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. You may also need to communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
