Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints with a strong background in the automotive industry. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role yo u need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Communicate promptly and effectively with customers through various channels (voice, email, and chat etc.)
• Work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate with staff at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

• Excellent track record with 2 – 5 years of customer service experience
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Open to working in shifts (US daytime hours)

Additional Remote Work Requirements:

Access to high-speed Internet: 50 mbps internet speed and must have a back-up internet connection or device (pocket wi-fi, prepaid broadband, dongle, etc.)
