Job Description

Eligibility 

Fresher to 6 months 

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills 

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 

Shift: US Night Shift (5 working days) 

 

Requirement 

The day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

The Executive will also be responsible for providing online support via email, phone, and chat. 

The Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. 

Must deal with day-to-day POS transactions, solving errors/issues with invoices and any other technical glitches.
