Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for the US Healthcare process
• Resolve customer queries with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain call records and meet defined performance metrics
• Upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services when appropriate

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th pass or graduate (any stream)
• Excellent spoken English with neutral accent
• Clear voice and basic computer literacy
• Willing to work in night shifts (US timings)
• Minimum age: 18 years
