Job Title: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Shifts: Night Shifts (Based on International Time Zones)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle international voice-based interactions. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Assist customers with queries related to products, services, or complaints.
• Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in English .
• Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
• Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Prior experience in a voice process (international or domestic) is an advantage.
