Job Title: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Shifts: Night Shifts (Based on International Time Zones) Experience: 6 Months – 1 years Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle international voice-based interactions. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from international customers. Assist customers with queries related to products, services, or complaints. Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring a high standard of customer service. Document customer interactions in the CRM system. Requirements: Good verbal communication skills in English . Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts. Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
