Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, managing day-to-day communication and expectations..
• Respond to client queries, requests, and escalations promptly via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Coordinate internally with research, outreach, and operations teams to track deliverables and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of client communications, meeting notes, service updates, and status reports in the CRM.
• Coordinate and schedule client calls, internal reviews, and reporting check-ins.
• Identify potential issues early and proactively offer solutions to prevent client dissatisfaction or service disruption.
• Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality benchmarks and are aligned with client goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in client handling or customer service, preferably in a B2B or marketing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in email communication, MS Office/Google Workspace, and CRM tools
• A client-first mindset, strong follow-up skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
