Customer Service Professional

As a Customer Service Professional- Voice (UHC) at Grace Staffing Services, you will be responsible for supporting US-based customers in the UHC Healthcare domain by handling queries with accuracy, professionalism, and timely resolutions. Key Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and assist UHC members and providers. - Provide support on claims, eligibility, benefits, and authorizations. - Ensure every interaction reflects empathy, accuracy, and compliance. - Achieve performance targets for CSAT, AHT, and quality. - Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when required. Qualifications Required: - HSC with minimum 06 Months of BPO Experience or Graduate Fresher. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Ability to work in US rotational shifts and Night shifts. - Must be okay to travel and have no career gaps. - Must have all documents in place (ID proof, educational certificates and company documents).
