Customer Service & Operations Delivery Manager

As a Customer Service & Operations Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for developing key projects and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strategic platform deployments. You will translate business requirements into functional designs and create appropriate documentation such as business requirements or business cases. Managing relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, will be a key aspect of this role, allowing you to expand your network. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting technology partners in driving system improvements and resolving defects and incidents - Assisting in producing policy-related reports and management information to ensure compliance objectives are met - Providing knowledge to enable the design of architecture, business processes, tech, and data solutions - Acting as an internal consultant to facilitate effective standards, processes, and controls - Managing key controls and supporting the maintenance of business continuity plans To excel in this role, you should have supply chain management experience in a leadership position, a strong understanding of best practices and emerging supply chain concepts, and qualifications in project management methodologies. Additionally, you should possess good knowledge of operations, process management, products, internal and external regulatory frameworks, as well as experience in international debt collections or recovery.
