Job Description

1. Customer Interaction Handle inbound calls, emails, chats, or in-person interactions. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or policies. Maintain a courteous and professional tone at all times. 2. Issue Resolution Identify and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Troubleshoot problems and provide appropriate solutions. Escalate complex issues to higher management when needed. 3. Product and Service Knowledge Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services. Explain features, benefits, and usage to customers. Stay updated on new products, policies, or system changes. 4. Order and Account Management Assist customers with placing, tracking, or canceling orders. Help with account setup, updates, or password resets. Process refunds, returns, or exchanges according to company policy. 5. Documentation and Record Keeping Accurately log customer interactions and transactions in the CRM or system. Maintain up-to-date customer records for future reference. 6. Feedback and Follow-up Collect customer feedback and suggestions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution. Notify teams of recurring issues for process improvement. 7. Adherence to Policies Follow all customer service procedures and standards. Ensure compliance with company guidelines, data privacy, and security policies. 8. Team Collaboration Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, logistics). Share insights and suggestions to enhance service delivery.
