About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:



Responsibilities

1.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp

2.Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues

3.Collaborate with team members to improve service processes

4.Participate in training and development sessions

5.Provide feedback to improve customer experience

6.Support the customer service team with daily tasks

7.Maintain a positive and professional attitude

8.Follow company policies and procedures

9.Meet performance and quality standards



Other requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline, people who are in last year of graduation may also apply

2. Good academic record

4. Computer savvy

5. Good analytical skills

6. Good in Microsoft Office

7. Good in oral and written communication skills

8. Working days: Monday to Saturday: 10 AM-6 PM
