What Youll Do

Handle customer interactions via
calls, emails, and chat
for a premium airline client.
Resolve queries with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
Use tools like
MS Office
and
GDS systems
(Amadeus / Galileo) for managing reservations and customer support.
Work in a fast-paced
24x7 environment
, including weekends (with rotational weekly offs).

Who We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills
in English – both verbal and written.
Energetic, customer-centric, and a strong team player.
Background in
aviation, hospitality, travel, OTA, or BPO
(preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with
GDS platforms
(like Amadeus or Galileo) is a bonus.
