Customer Experience Executive Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who can interact with Customers and coordinate with the different teams to provide a solution with empathy. Key parts of the process would include - ● Respond to customer queries across all support channels promptly (Call, Email, Chat). ● Coordinate with our operations team to ensure proper dispatch of packages. ● Ensure a smooth delivery experience by working with our delivery partners. ● Proactively resolve issues, complaints, or escalations while ensuring customer satisfaction. ● Meet or exceed customer service KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, etc.). ● Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements. ● Assist in building a strong knowledge base/FAQ for customers and internal teams. ● Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the brand. Who are we looking for? An ideal candidate would be someone with the following: ● Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills ● Good analytical skills and familiarity in working with Excel ● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. ● Empathy and patience when handling customer concerns. ● Passionate about Customer Support Job Details: 1.
