Customer Service Executives

This is not a sales process.

Make outbound calls to UK customers for surveys
Follow a structured script and record responses accurately
Ensure a polite and professional tone at all times
Meet daily and weekly call targets
Maintain data quality and confidentiality

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Patient, energetic, and a good listener
Comfortable working in UK shift (3:30 PM – 12:30 PM)
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
Immediate joiners preferred
