Job Title: Sales Specialist / Patient Counsellor

Experience- 2 to 3 Years

Salary- 10.00 to 12.00 LPA (plus Monthly performance-based incentives)

About the company

Position Overview:

Sales Specialist / Patient Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
patient consultations and counselling
for both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
Understand patient needs, provide detailed information about available procedures, and guide them through the decision-making process.
Build and maintain strong patient relationships to ensure
high satisfaction and repeat visits
.
Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient experience.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and treatment conversions.
Achieve monthly
sales and performance targets
.
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 23 years in the
plastic surgery or medical aesthetics
industry (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
Ability to understand aesthetic treatments and explain them effectively to clients.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
