Job Description

You will be responsible for the following tasks in the role of Customer Service Executive-Retail Asset Inbound: - Ensuring productivity in handling customer queries and requests efficiently. - Maintaining high service quality standards to enhance customer experience. - Keeping the Average Handling Time to a minimum for prompt resolution of customer issues. - Striving for First Contact Resolution to address customer concerns effectively in the first interaction. - Ensuring timely Turnaround Time (TAT) for all customer requests. - Leading efforts for Channel Migration to encourage customers to utilize alternate channels for service. In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will be expected to drive all initiatives within the Customer Contact Center. Key Success Metrics for this role will include monitoring and improving Productivity, Average Handling Time, and First Contact Resolution rates.,
