Job Description:

Renown Container Lines, a growing freight forwarding and NVOCC company, is looking for a Customer Service Executive with hands-on experience in export coordination and container bookings. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, and capable of handling end-to-end coordination with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers for export shipments and service requirements
• Handle container bookings with shipping lines and agents
• Follow up on export-related documentation and shipment status
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding bookings, schedules, and updates
• Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer queries
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth shipment execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in freight forwarding / NVOCC
• Good knowledge of export operations and container bookings
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple customers and follow-ups efficiently
• Candidates ready to join immediately will be preferred
