🕒 UK Shift Timings:

• 12:30 – 10:00 pm

• 1:30 – 11:00 pm (Nov–March)

🕒 US Shift Timings:

• 06:30 pm – 03:30 am

• 07:30 pm – 04:30 am (Nov–March)

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with clients
• Experience in Customer Service Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Ahmedabad
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
