This is a full-time, in-office role based in Navi Mumbai, ideal for graduates with strong English communication skills. Whether you’re a fresher or have up to 3 years’ experience in customer service, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and ensuring excellent service
• Provide clear guidance on product use and help customers get the most out of their purchase
• Keep customers happy with regular follow-ups and swift issue resolution
• Maintain detailed customer records to improve service quality
• Support occasional sales-related activities like lead follow-ups and product recommendations

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate with strong English speaking and writing skills
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused mindset
• Freshers or professionals with 1–3 years in customer service or CRM roles
• Willing to work in a blended role combining customer support + light sales
• Based in or ready to relocate to Navi Mumbai
