JD: - Understand customers requirement / query and accordingly provide solution thru re-active complaint on SD. A daily Co-ordination with ops and timely update to customer. Maintain KPI’s to achieve SLA. Analyses business of Key customer to find gap and provide solution. A good excel and PPT knowledge. Pro-active approach on problem shipments. Pro-active follow up on outstanding shipments. Alert concern stake holders if any problem arise with solution providing. A Good team bonding.   Required Skills: - Minimum 2yrs knowledge of express business. Excellent verbal and written communication. Decision making. Work under pressure. A good team player. Punctual and Discipline. Should go beyond in crisis to achieve organization goals. A quick learner. Minimum Graduate passed.
