Experience: 1+ years in AI/ML development, preferably in customer service or BPO environments. Hands-on experience with chatbot platforms (eg, Dialog flow, IBM Watson) and speech analytics tools. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python/R, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and NLP libraries . Experience with cloud platforms and APIs. Familiarity with call center software . Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential Indian customers to promote and sell holiday packages. Provide detailed information about various destinations, accommodations, and itineraries. Communicate the benefits and features of our holiday packages/stays persuasively to customers. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
