We are one of the leading construction equipment dealers seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to start their career with Marwell Compressors & Eqquipments India Pvt Ltd. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Executive. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be our customers' first point of contact, providing them with exceptional service and assistance. Your primary role will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints in coordination with the concerned team, and ensuring a positive experience for each customer. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone. Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional & empathetic manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Provide product/service information and guide customers through our offerings. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Skills and Qualifications: Female candidates only. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge.
