Your primary role will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints in coordination with the concerned team, and ensuring a positive experience for each customer. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone. Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional & empathetic manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Provide product/service information and guide customers through our offerings. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
