Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 1. Efficiently handling customer Communicating through various omnichannel channels, including email, social media, phone or SMS. Assisting them in choosing the right product, place orders, dispatch status Followup for payments Take orders / Coordinating with various department to resolve the queries and concerns. 2. Ensuring the customer has a positive experience 3. Analyzing and reporting customer data to devise new strategies or update the existing ones 4. Informing the customers about updates, deals, offers, promotions, policies, and keep sales funnel in motion. 5. Conducting surveys to collect data about customer satisfaction, churn rate, brand image and awareness, etc. 6. Overseeing timely delivery and payment 7. Maintaining product inventory and basic customer/ sales reports Customer Service Executive Requirements 1. Graduate / degree in administration will be preferred 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer service representative. 3. Proficient in English - written and oral communication 4. Data entry and excel skills 5. Knowledge about customer relationship management systems 6. Knowledge about the best mediation and conflict resolution tactics 7. Ability to empathize with customers - patiently handling unsatisfied customers 8. Fast and efficient problem-solving skills.
