Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To trace opportunities for improving the service proposition and implement them
To assist RM in resolution of escalated queries / complaints related to operations
To co-ordinate with the third parties for ensuring early resolution of issues / requests from clients
To undertake projects relating to client services operations
To handle escalated transactions of high value customers
To send MIS or market reports to clients on timely basis
To make monthly and quarterly market reports / presentations.

Desired profile:-

To resolve client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date
To onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
To perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage
,
business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, prepare travel & expense reports, and file & calendar maintenance
Good Communication Skills Spoken and written English
Good with Microsoft Office and Excels
Relationship skills necessary to manage high end distributors & investors
Basic knowledge of MF products & Market knowledge
High Enthusiasm & Aggression
