Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and fairly while maintaining high levels of service quality.
  • Meet performance targets set for first call resolution rate, handle time, abandoned call rate, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken) with proficiency in Hindi.
  • Ability to work on International Voice Process projects with flexibility to adapt to different shifts as required.
  • 0-3 years of experience in an International BPO environment (preferably).
