Maintain inbound and outbound calls data and explaining our various project details and follow ups. 3. Listen and respond to customers queries, needs and concerns. 4. Constantly manage/update customer related information, tracking of actions follow up etc. Skills: 1. 2+ Years of experience in the same field 2.
