Job Description

About the Role:

International Voice Process Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
Resolve issues effectively and escalate complex problems to higher authorities when necessary.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Meet performance metrics like call quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Update and maintain customer records in the system.
Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and data security standards.

Requirements:

Education:
Diploma or Any Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
Experience:
0 2 years in a voice process or customer support role.
Skills:

Excellent
English communication skills
– verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving ability and active listening skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Availability:
Willing to work in
rotational shifts
and weekends.
