Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing customer contacts (primarily Voice and Email) regarding financial services products and queries.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the process guidelines and service offerings.
Document all customer interaction details accurately into the system.
Adhere to defined quality metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

Education:
Graduation is mandatory (Any stream).
Experience:
Freshers to candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Customer Focus:
A strong customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Technical Proficiency:
Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed/accuracy.

Work Details:

Working Days:
6 days a week.
Shift:
Rotational Shifts (may include night shifts).
Weekly Off:
Rotational Weekday Off.
