Job Description

Here is the opportunity to join the Team!

Field Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport and deliver cash/currency to designated client locations as per assigned routes
Collect cash from clients and ensure accurate reconciliation of amounts
Follow all cash handling, security, and compliance procedures
Maintain proper documentation for each delivery and collection
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for daily schedules
Ensure timely delivery and pickup as per scheduled by Branch Manager.
Report discrepancies, incidents, or security concerns immediately
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial transactions
Ensure vehicle safety and adherence to traffic and company rules

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of cash handling and field delivery operations
High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of documentation and record-keeping
Physically fit and capable of fieldwork

Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum
2 years of experience
in currency delivery, cash management, or similar field roles
Minimum education Graduation.
Valid driving license (two-wheeler/four-wheeler as applicable)
Familiarity with local routes and geography
No criminal background (background verification required)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cash logistics, banking, ATM services, or courier services
Knowledge of safety and risk management procedures
