This role is a blend of student communication, placement coordination, and operational support. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, as well as the bridge between our students and the placement opportunities we provide. Key Responsibilities Handle Inbound Calls Attend and manage course inquiry calls. Provide accurate information about our programs and address student concerns. Student Coordination Regularly follow up with existing students to ensure smooth learning experience. Address issues or escalate them to the relevant team when required. Build positive relationships with students to enhance satisfaction. Placement Support Post 45 job opportunities daily in the student placement group. Coordinate between recruiters and students for interviews or updates. Maintain placement records and share updates with the management team. Requirements Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred). Prior experience in student support, customer service, or coordination roles is a plus.
