Customer Service Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Customer Service Executive with a strong background in telesales or telecalling. This role involves contacting potential candidates and guiding them through the overseas job application process, particularly in Europe/Middle East. If you're target-driven and love speaking to people, you are perfect for this role!

Good communication skills in Tamil, English and any other regional languages (Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective job seekers daily.
• Explain overseas job opportunities, requirements, and procedures clearly and confidently.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or job portals.
• Counsel and convert interested candidates into applicants.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge (destination countries, job types, documentation).
• Coordinate with internal departments (documentation, visa, placement teams).
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets related to call volume, lead conversions, and revenue.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30am – 5:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
