Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a work-from-home role focused mainly on emails, messages, and limited phone calls. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts and have prior customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through email, chat/messages, and occasional calls
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication

Skills & Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (email/chat preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts from home
• Basic computer proficiency and fast typing speed
• Calm, patient, and customer-focused approach
