We are hiring for Customer Service Executive(Jabalpur interview) Job location -Ahmedabad As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that customers receive timely and accurate information and support. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Provide customers with information about products and services. Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the management team. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
